The abandoned mall and hospital: never turn your back on a mannequin

Ashford has two more places to explore indoors.

Ashford Mall

Go in through the doors under the mall’s red sign: a dark concourse, shops on both sides, shelves toppled in rows.

Mannequins move only while no player is facing them. Look back and one may be right beside you. With friends, watch different ways. At the far end waits the Mannequin Queen, who warps behind whoever is not looking. The shelves can be searched once a day.

The hospital

A long corridor, dark wards, and medicine cabinets to search once a day. Rift patients bite and poison. At the end of the corridor the Rift Surgeon waits once a day: spikes from the floor, a lunge, and a touch that festers.

Tip: monsters indoors now find their way round walls. Use narrow doors to split them up.
